For years, our team has worked with Copeland refrigeration equipment to help customers build dependable cold and chiller rooms across the UAE and GCC. We understand how to match proven equipment to each facility’s storage, temperature and operating requirements.
From equipment selection and supply to installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance, our refrigeration work connects Copeland equipment with practical technical support. Our founding team brings over 25 years of combined experience in chiller rooms and specialised refrigeration.
We also work with BITZER refrigeration equipment and install Munters dehumidification systems from Sweden to meet customers’ temperature and humidity requirements. Each solution is designed around the products being stored, applicable standards and day-to-day operating needs.
Our team combines practical knowledge of GDP principles, pharmaceutical storage requirements, temperature monitoring, and qualification processes. We bring refrigeration, dehumidification, installation, qualification, thermal mapping, calibration, and continuous monitoring together around each customer’s operation.

Thermal mapping and validation
Qualification for controlled performance.
We provide thermal mapping and validation services in accordance with applicable WHO guidelines and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) principles. Following installation, our technical team carries out qualification activities to assess how refrigeration and controlled-environment systems are installed and perform.
Thermal mapping helps identify temperature variations, assess environmental uniformity, and establish suitable monitoring locations to support the quality and integrity of stored products.
Installation Qualification (IQ)
Verification that equipment and systems are installed in accordance with approved specifications and requirements.
Operational Qualification (OQ)
Verification that the system operates as intended under defined operating conditions.
Performance Qualification (PQ)
Evaluation of system performance under actual or representative operating conditions, including assessment of temperature distribution and stability.

Following installation, qualification, and thermal mapping, Celsius can provide real-time temperature and humidity monitoring for pharmaceutical warehouses, cold rooms, refrigerators, freezers, and other temperature-controlled environments.
We offer advanced monitoring solutions including DicksonOne from the USA, with continuous environmental monitoring and timely email, SMS, and telephone alerts, subject to the selected system configuration.
Solutions with applicable 21 CFR Part 11-compliant features can support electronic records, data integrity, traceability, and audit readiness when appropriately configured and validated for their intended use.
